Why pre-order?
Korea has thousands of products and new launches every month. Buying for each order lets us offer far more than any shop could keep in stock, always fresh, with long expiry dates.
When is the cut-off?
Every product page shows a countdown to the next weekly cut-off. Orders placed before it join that week's batch.
Do I pay in advance?
No. You pay cash on delivery. We'll ask you to confirm your order by WhatsApp so we only buy products that are really wanted.
Will I know where my order is?
Yes. You'll get a WhatsApp update at every step: confirmed, ordered from Korea, in transit, arrived and checked, out for delivery, and delivered. The tracking page shows the same timeline.
Common questions
What does pre-order mean?
Most products are bought in Korea for your order. Orders placed before the weekly cut-off join that week's batch; we buy the products, fly them to Pakistan, check them and send them by courier. Each product page shows its arrival dates before you order.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items reach most cities in a few days. Pre-orders take longer because they come from Korea; the exact dates are worked out for your city and shown on the product page, in your cart and at checkout. Our Shipping & Delivery page has the full table.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, anywhere in Pakistan. After you order we send a WhatsApp message with a link to confirm it; confirmed orders join the next batch from Korea.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We buy from authorised retailers and brand distributors in Korea, never from resellers, and check every unit when it lands: batch code, Korean label, seal and expiry date.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, to every city and town our courier partners reach. Delivery is free on orders over the amount shown in the announcement bar.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, free of charge until your order is bought in Korea (the status changes to “Ordered from Korea”). If a batch runs late, we'll message you with new dates and a link to cancel for a full refund.
What if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
They ship together when the pre-order items arrive. If you'd like the in-stock items sooner, choose split shipping at checkout for a small extra delivery fee.
How is my order packed?
Each product is checked, wrapped and packed in a padded box so glass bottles and jars travel safely.
