How arrival dates are worked out
In-stock items ship from our stock in Pakistan. They are packed within the dispatch time below and delivered by our courier partners.
Pre-order items are bought in Korea every week. Orders placed before the weekly cut-off join that week's batch. We then buy the products, fly them to Pakistan, check them and hand them to the courier. The dates on each product page already include all of this.
The table below shows the current timings. If a batch is ever delayed, we message every customer in it with new dates and an option to cancel for a full refund.
Mixed orders
An order with in-stock and pre-order items ships together on the pre-order dates. At checkout you can choose split shipping to get the in-stock items first for a small extra fee.
Tracking
You'll get a WhatsApp message at every step. You can also follow your order on our order tracking page with your order number and phone number.
